Overview
The Tropical Rain forest Explorer tour is for the casual explorer who dreams of being fully submerged in the lush flora and fauna of what St Kitts has to offer. We start off at one of the oldest and historically wealthiest sugar plantation on the island of St. Kitts. Just a short walk away we will then be fully blanketed by the thick tropical canopy that hugs the winding Wing field River which is filled with volcanic rocks and occasional flowing fresh spring water. With this tour your senses will be soothed by the cool humid tropical air on your skin, your mind relaxed with the sound of the sweeping wind atop the canopy, your vision filled with flora and fauna and all this with a knowledgeable local guide.

Rashidi was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the plants on the tour and other island info. He explained they base their tours around the clients abilities, instead of a "one fits all" perspective. The rainforest hike is well suited for those unable to do the very strenuous volcano hike. We thoroughly enjoyed our rainforest hike and felt the hike suited our capabilities just right. The tour was VERY educational as we learned a lot about all the native plants and animals. The setting was very beautiful and peaceful.
